Sdxq Manual Single-Girder Suspension Crane

Manual single-girder suspension crane is a kind of light small crane machine driven by men pulling the chain on the ground. It is suitable for equipment installation, repairing in factory and places without electric power.


Item&Brief introduction
LDA type crane is designed basing on LD type crane which has more reasonable structure and lighter in weight. This crane belongs to light duty crane, can be used with CD1 and MD1 hoist. Lift capacity is from 1 ton to 10 tons, spam from 7.5m to 22.5m, working condition is A3-A5, working temperature is -25° C to +40° C.
Controlling can be ground operation or operating room, the operating rooms divided into close one and open one, and it can be installed at the left or right side up to different conditions.
Usage
This type crane is widely used in factory, store house and cargo yard, forbid to be used in corrosive and explosive places.

Lifting motor
The conic motor with large traction is employed to suit for frequent direct start during course of interval work. CD1 model is equipped with ZD-style single-speed motor, and MD1 with ZDS style double-speed motor: The ration between the normal speed and low speed is 10: 1.
Trolley
The trolley are assembled with motor, reducer, brake, trolley frame, drum, hook, pulley, rain cover and other parts. It includes lifting mechanism and cross traveling mechanism. The trolley is strictly designed according to the application and working environment.
Pulleys
1. Hanging and moving pulley system is a light conveying and hanging system, which is researched and developed by our comapany based on overseas advanced techology. It has been widely used for the welding product lines for vehicle body, rivet lines and assembly line of engines, motorcycles, and home appliances where the tools need to be hung. Itll be the ideal choice to reduce labour intensity and increase productivity.
2. ATW80-22AT: Welding line pulley block is used to hang heavy object and moving along longitudinal rail. On welding line, it is used to hang welding transformer.

Drum
The drum is made of cast-iron or seamless steel and transmits force through splines. The sheel of thedrum is made of welded steel plates. This is the core part of the electric hoist, whosetop is connected totraveling mechanism via compensation beams, the two ends connected to lifting reducer and motor respectively and the bottom cooperateswith the hook via wire-ropes. On the top-front of the cover installed the position-limiter's guiding bars.
Hook
1. Design of crane hook is one of the most suitable slings in hoisting. It is connected with pulleys to hang on the wire rope of lifting mechanism. And the hook is the most widely usage when lifting cargos. It is made easily and operated practically.
2. Hooks have single hook and double hooks according to shape of hook. Five strength grades M, P, S, T, V, are classified in accordance with mechanical property. Forging hook and strap type hook are manufactured according to method of manufacturing.
